Movement into what's not known

When you continue to grow from a place where you are limited to a continuous movement in opportunities available at all moments. 

At every individual who starts, as well as those who have experience in the area, meet an opportunity to grow further in what they can do in the business, technology, or innovation area, though how you continue to maintain the movement matters at the beginning. As with the ability to move, how you continue to grow is also dependent more on what you are capable of doing. 

Context: Joshua 1:1-18

Current and ongoing businesses that have been working for a long time have been through a period of continuously growing in what they do. All areas of the organization where improvement be made the portfolios have had different people set to complete what is required from each hired person who is working in the company have been placed in the portfolio as the could bring a different answer to what is currently happening at the part at the company which you have to consider for the people in the company onto acknowledge the possibility to trusting the person they have hired without knowing in which path they might choose. 

Many people are expected to bring certain results; though for all there to be results, this should be there: 

1. Change in the way of work  

In some companies, there has been a way in which they reach each result they want, though there are possible moments where results become lower or not the same as before, which is when a different person is proposed to bring in expected results much higher than before. For the company to reach the results which they expect, they should consider a different way or further the opportunity to work in a different approach, requiring belief in the person to help reach those results. 

2. Different profile for different work 

Many people are very different, not in how they look, but in how they continue to do what they hope to accomplish. For each person to be able to give that which is supposed to be given, they may have to act differently. As Joshua has to now start leading, he had to act on what is required of him, though further encouraged to act with courage and trust that what he has to reach, he will be able to with God. How he acted with courage is how he is a result, as well as the beginning with courage and trusting in God to bring results as expected and hoped for by people. 

Joshua 1:6 

Be strong and courageous, for you are the one who will lead these people to possess all the land I swore to their ancestors I would give them.

Therefore, the possible opportunity to begin working in where you’re not familiar can feel uncomfortable,  such as a new company hiring a new person to bring better results and for a new person to possibly do something different, though as you begin stepping forward, it’s how you continue and growing helps to bring more. Remember, Jesus Loves You.
