Your journey, through the many daily choices and opportunities present, is a strong reflection of what you decide to do.
During the day, there are more people in workplaces, schools, or even groups where leadership is experienced, guiding them on what to do for therapy to be a movement in the workspace. From the environment, there can be a lack of leadership, though this is also seen when there is poor decision-making or poor results shown in what is required or expected from the team or the organization. In moments, you have a form of leaders who can achieve what is needed to move the team.
Matthew 9:27-30 NLT
After Jesus left the girl’s home, two blind men followed along behind him, shouting, “Son of David, have mercy on us!” They went right into the house where he was staying, and Jesus asked them, “Do you believe I can make you see?” “Yes, Lord,” they told him, “we do.” Then he touched their eyes and said, “Because of your faith, it will happen.” Then their eyes were opened, and they could see! Jesus sternly warned them, “Don’t tell anyone about this.”
In the moment of having to know what you have to do, how it has been accomplished is what is expected from you; therefore, as similar as it is to your workspace, it also shows how you approach. The blind man who called out to Jesus, a situation in which he was tasked during that period, acknowledged an opportunity which he chose to act on, and he was then healed as he did not doubt but believed. He could have just not attended to Jesus and asked for mercy, though he recognised an opportunity to ignore the doubt that the people directed him to.
In your workspace, how you hope to lead or be led has different parts to improve and learn to use:
Acknowledge differences
Acknowledge – to recognize the rights, authority, or status of.
In every company, some people do different work based on what they have been hired for, as every person who is in the organization or company also are given specific responsibilities in which they have to recognize as what they have to recognize as what they have been hired to do. With the difference in what each individual is hired to do. With the difference in what each individual is hired for, you have to learn to acknowledge what opportunity shows what results for progress in what you do.
Deciding on action
Decision – the act or process of deciding. The moment of decision has come.
Through the many opportunities, it is also part of your responsibility to choose which opportunity is the proper one to work with. How you hope to learn to make progress is based on the work you have, as well as on what you are continuing with what you have decided to do.
Galatians 6:9 NLT
So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time, we will reap a harvest of blessings if we don’t give up.
Therefore, by learning to build and improve in recognizing the different opportunities, specifically what they bring to help you decide on what is best to do, and even further continuing to act on it, you then build and learn not to continue doubting, even if the opportunity you have taken does not turn out to be the best, it’s important not to consciously take it. Remember, Jesus loves you.
